Altaroc – Constitutional Council rejects specific legal challenge

Private equity – The Constitutional Council has rejected a priority preliminary ruling on constitutionality filed by Altaroc. The question related to a specific aspect of the asset manager’s appeal before the Council of State, which remains under review. The appeal challenges the fine imposed by the AMF last September on the firm and two of its former executives. The three were collectively fined €1.3 million.
