Ardian – François Jerphagnon and Marion Calcine set for promotion

Appointments – Ardian is set to shake up its leadership once again. From 30 September 2026, François Jerphagnon and Marion Calcine will become deputy chief executives of the private assets specialist, which is now jointly led by Mark Benedetti and its founder, Dominique Senequier. Jerphagnon will also take over as chairman of Ardian France’s management board, succeeding Mathias Burghardt, who will step down as co-chief executive of the parent company. Calcine, meanwhile, will take the reins as chief executive of the group’s French arm, its regulated entity.
