BlackFin Capital Partners – Blue Owl Capital joins funding round

M&A – BlackFin Capital Partners has just struck a deal to secure an investment from Blue Owl Capital. The US asset manager, which specialises in GP stakes, will take a minority stake in the French private-equity firm founded by Laurent Bouyoux, Éric May, Bruno Rostain and Paul Mizrahi. BlackFin’s assets under management exceed €4 billion.
