Finare Patrimoine expands its offering with Sateco Assurance

M&A – Six months after acquiring Expertalys, Finare Patrimoine has bought Sateco Assurance. The deal was completed through its subsidiary Lumnis Private Management, whose CEO Hakim Souanef tells News Asset Pro what the acquisition covers and why it makes sense. He also explains how it fits into the growth strategy of the wealth management firm, part of insurance wholesale broker Finare.
