M&A – Jolt Capital has just completed the acquisition of Mirova’s private equity business, taking over two funds and the dedicated teams from Natixis IM’s affiliate led by Léa Dunand-Chatellet. A strategic move for the European tech-focused private equity specialist chaired by its founder, Jean Schmitt.
