Penalty – Investment adviser and directors hit with heavy fine

CIF – The AMF Enforcement Committee has fined Paris-based investment advisory firm Financière Fonds Privés and its management €210,000 for multiple breaches of professional obligations. The misconduct occurred between January 2021 and October 2024.
