Penalty – Uzès Gestion and two directors fined reduced penalty

Asset management – The AMF Enforcement Committee has fined Uzès Gestion and two of its executives a total of €420,000 for various breaches of their professional obligations. The penalty is nearly three times lower than the amount sought by the regulator’s Board against the Uzès-based asset manager and four of its staff at the 22 May hearing. No trading bans were imposed on the individuals involved, two of whom were cleared.
