Publié le 23 oct. 2026 à 09:54
Budget 2027 – After a recent proposal to tax employee savings schemes was dropped, the draft Social Security financing bill for 2027 now includes profit-sharing, employee share ownership and employer top-ups in the calculation base for employer social contribution relief. The government expects to save €3.7 billion. Eres president Mathieu Chauvin warns the move could crowd out value-sharing schemes. Meanwhile, Filib founder Nicolas Schimel believes it risks creating a bureaucratic nightmare that will muddy the message for small businesses.
