Property – Praemia REIM has reached a settlement with Altarea, bringing a four-year legal dispute between the asset manager’s shareholders and the property company to an end. Altarea will pay Bridgepoint, Latour Capital and Sogecap €10 m in compensation, while also taking a stake in Primonial’s former property arm after injecting €60 m.
