Vincent Rémy (DNCA Finance): “We have a fight on our hands against ETFs”
Video – Speaking at the second Onze sur Rhône event, Vincent Rémy discussed DNCA Finance’s latest developments and outlined the next steps in its strategy. The business development director of the Natixis IM affiliate (BPCE Group) also addressed the asset manager’s international expansion and how it is responding to the continued rise of ETFs.
As part of the second edition of Onze sur Rhône, News Asset Pro hosted Vincent Rémy at Lyon’s Museum of Contemporary Art. The DNCA Finance business development director highlighted the 70% surge in the affiliate’s assets under management - from €38.8 billion at the end of 2024 to €66.2 billion by September 2026 - under Natixis IM.
This racing enthusiast also discussed the asset manager’s commercial momentum and its role within BPCE Group’s asset management division, which has seen several restructurings in recent years (Vega IS, Mirova, Thematics AM, Dorval AM…).
In the interview, recorded on 30 September, Vincent Rémy detailed DNCA Finance’s key growth priorities - fund range expansion, international, acquisitions - and shared his perspective on how active asset managers can compete with the uninterrupted rise of ETFs, among other topics.
